at my inlaws' pond, I counted:

at home, I counted:

Pygmy Nuthatch - 2

Where the Double-crested Cormorant wasLiza's Bird Photography Rule #2 --When photographing Diving Ducks, one should not dither while focusing. Photos of where the bird was are never as interesting of where the bird is.

Good finds, Liza! However, I get a lot of enjoyment and giggles out of seeing "where the bird was". Keep them coming (along with your good stuff, too)...
